Vincent Van Duysen
Vincent Van Duysen (born 1962 in Lokeren, Belgium) was trained as an architect and began his career in the mid 1980s working in Milan with Cinzia Ruggieri and Aldo Cibic at Sottsass Associati.  In 1990 he established his own studio, Vincent Van Duysen Architects, undertaking projects that range from product design for numerous international brands to architectural commissions both commercial and residential clients.  Van Duysen has designed for several manufacturers including Arflex, B&B Italia, Bulo, Brix, De Padova, Pastoe, Poliform, Valli&Valli, and Viccarbe.  During his career, the designer has received multiple awards among which recently the Flemish Culture Prize for Design and Belgian Designer of The Year.
