Victor Vasilev (born 1974 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria) studied architecture at the Politecnico in Milan and at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen.  At the end of his studies, he decided to stay in Milan and, in 2004, started his own practice.  His designs for various manufacturers like Boffi, Desalto, Falper, Living Divani, MDF Italia, Oluce, and Potocco have resulted in his winning several international awards including Chicago Athenaeum of Design Good Design Award (2012 and 2014), Interior Innovation Award Imm Koln (2013), ADI Design (2013), Interior Innovation Award Imm Koln (2014), German Design Award (2018), and Design Plus Award (2019).
