In 1990, Mario Dell'Orto, Emanuela Garbin, and Enrico Cattaneo, created a studio called Operadesign to meld their different professional design experiences. The activity of the studio ranges from the identification of development strategies within the fields of communication, industrial design, and exhibitions.
