The Real CM table has an organic, solid, and light wood structure, designed as the detail of an aircraft's wing. A clever usage of the construction technique is visible in the easel structure and in the game of joints, supporting a wide range of glass tops. Frame in solid natural or black varnished oak, or in solid natural Canaletto walnut; wax-finished varnish. Extra clear plate glass top, with inclined cut edges, or smoky grey plate glass top, with inclined cut edges, matching the black oak frame. Manufactured by Zanotta.

“Many people might deem it an exaggeration to present the products of just one manufacturer as a ‘micromodel’ of Italian furniture design in its entirety. However, if it makes no sense to claim that Zanotta’s production alone represents all the key moments of the Italian design history of the last sixty years, we must admit that this history could not be written without referring to its contribution.” - Emilio Ambasz, 1988. From its inception in 1954, Zanotta has been known for the quality, function, and comfort of its furniture designs – all underscored with a remarkable commitment to research and experimentation with materials and technology to enable new aesthetics. Zanotta’s catalogue of iconic modern and contemporary designs chronicles the evolution of Italian furniture design within the 20th and 21st centuries.
