Overview

Created by the design team of Ludovica and Roberto Palomba in 2013, The Bruce sofas and sectionals are characterized by their slim profile seating expanses with engaging vertical tuft and thick armrests and backrests. All pieces feature an internal structure in steel with elastic strap suspension. Internal padding is polyurethane/Dacron. Back and armrest cushions are upholstered in goose feathers; roll-shaped cushion in polyurethane/heat-bound polyester fiber. Legs are composed of aluminum alloy in polished, nickel-plated glossy black, or black-painted finish. The Bruce seating range is available in a wide range of removable textile and leather upholstery covers. Additional upholstery replacement covers for a Bruce Sofa are available. Roberto Palomba (born 1963 in Caligari, Italy) and Ludovica Palomba Serafini (born 1961 in Rome, Italy) graduated from the University of Rome and, in 1994, established their design office, Palomba e Serafini Associated Studio, in Verona, Italy. The designers have received numerous international awards and recognitions such as Compasso D'Oro, Elle Decoration International Design Award, Red Dot, Design Plus, Good Design Award and German Design Award.
