Bolota is a limited edition series of stools or tables that feature a striking juxtaposition of materials - blackened aluminum or wood combined with black cork. The results are profoundly enigmatic and luxe - each Bolota stool or table is as much sculpture as it is seat or surface. Noted here is the Bolota Capture stool or table that features a seat of dense black cork that seemingly floats within a cradle of blackened aluminum that is punctuated with satin bronze tension pins.
