Overview

Picot is a series of ottomans with hand made covers. The padding is polystyrene spheres. Padding cover is three dimensional polyester fabric. The cover upholstery is fixed for the cushion, removable for the ottoman and is hand crocheted with a cord in Rope yarn in solid colors. A Winter Set protection cover is available for additional charge. The Picot ottoman can also be used for indoor environments. Manufactured by Paola Lenti.

Paola Lenti (born 1958 in Alessandria, Italy) graduated from Milan's Polytecnico. In the early 1980s, she started working as an image coordinator and graphic designer for several events and fashion companies. In 1994, she founded her namesake design manufacturing company located in Italy's Meda furniture district just outside of Milan. Her company has become synonymous with textile innovation and its applications for home furnishings - known for its ongoing dedication to both research and experimentation.
