Supernatural is a multi-sensory design that invites its user to explore its compelling form. The sinuous lines of its form seemingly reach out into the space that surrounds it. Supernatural is a pastiche of solids and voids - the latter "absences" become "presences" when they encounter light, air, and the body of the sitter. Indeed, the arrangement of various size holes in the chair's backrest becomes like a perforated screen for light and shade.
