Perch Light was inspired by the designer’s simple observation of the “elegance and beauty of a bird sitting on its perch.” Perch is available in several versions – table, floor, wall sconce, and suspension lights. Noted here is the Perch Light Wall Light that features a single folded paper and abstracted bird form in brass finish that is precisely balanced on a cylindrical brass finish truncated “perch.” The bird is illuminated through contact with its “perch” allowing it to actually move/rock with a gentle touch and remain illuminated while it again finds its balance. Perch Light Wall Sconce is composed of steel, aluminum, and PP. Available in two sizes, its illumination source for either version is solid state LED. Manufactured by Moooi.
