Perch Light was inspired by the designer’s simple observation of the “elegance and beauty of a bird sitting on its perch.” Perch is available in several versions – table, floor, two wall sconces (corded and recessed), and two suspension lamps (“branch” and “tree”). Noted here is the Perch Light Branch that features five folded paper and abstracted bird forms in brass finish that are precisely balanced on a cylindrical brass finish “branch.” Each bird is illuminated through contact with its “perch” allowing the bird to actually move/rock with a gentle touch and remain illuminated while it again finds its balance. Perch Branch is composed of steel, aluminum, and PP. Its illumination source is solid state LED that is dimmable with a compatible dimming device. It includes 13.1’ of black cable can be shortened to a minimum of 11.8”. Brass finish modular suspension pole includes six elements in three sizes – 3.9”, 5.9”, and 19.6”. These modular elements can be combined to create various suspension pole lengths up to 4.9’. Manufactured by Moooi.
