Manufactured by: Memphis Milano
A surreal interpretation of the famous bird, Michele De Lucchi's Flamingo table is part of a collection of small tables created by the designer in the early 1980s - Polar (1984) and Kristall (1981) - that feature a combination of graphic black and white geometric laminate as an element that is further combined with decorative elements in saturated yellow and the designer's signature saturated light blue. As much sculpture as it is surface, Flamingo functions as a wonderful visual foil for a sofa or lounge chair. Flamingo is included in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London. Manufactured by Memphis Milano.
