Originally designed in 1969, Mario Bellini's iconic Chiara floor lamp, is now back in production. Its novel form is created from a simple sheet of polished stainless steel that has been cut and rolled into a cylinder. This origami-like structure conceals its lighting source - updated to LED in this re-edition - placed on the floor. The light Chiara provides is reflected and diffused by a large "hat" that was inspired by a nun's wimple and veil. The re-edition of Chiara floor lamp uses cutting-edge technology and is available, like the original, in stainless steel finish with black edges. Manufactured by Flos.
