Icon of modernity, the armchair designed by Dutch architect Gerrit Thomas Rietveld in 1935 and produced exclusively worldwide by Cassina since 1988, is dressed for the holidays in a lively, enveloping pattern. Form and colour come together in a fabric design inspired by the long needles of the Scots pine, geometrised and shot through with a sunset-red hue. With its dynamic movement accentuated by the juxtaposition of elements at right angles to one another, it is the ideal synthesis of experimentation and comfort.
