The Bocci 93 series is created by pouring molten aluminum into a hand-blown glass vessel. As the metal moves and cools, it leaves behind a suspended trace of its flow, each piece preserving a single, unrepeatable moment. Illuminated from within, light reveals the aluminum's oxidized contours and the subtle variations formed by heat and pressure. Every 93 is hand-formed in Bocci's Vancouver studio, resulting in subtle variations from piece to piece.
The 93s variation is surface mounted, with power supplies mounted remotely. This surface light has a discrete 2.2” mounting plate designed for installation on walls or ceilings. The 93sp variation is surface mounted with a 4.5" mounting plate large enough to cover a standard North American junction box. This surface light has a paintable 2.2" or 4.5” diameter mounting plate designed to be mounted on walls or ceilings. Both versions are UL Listed. Manufactured by Bocci.
