Martin Hirth (born 1987 in Horb, Germany) graduated in 2014 with a degree in product design from the University of Art and Design, Offenbach.  While still studying, he founded his own studio. He worked also as assistant to designer Sebastian Herkner from 2011 - 2014.  His work is characterized by a lightness of form and a conceptual stringency.  Hirth has created designs for Favius, Ligne Roset, and Schonbuch.
