Werner Aisslinger (born 1964 in Nordlingen, Germany) is an architect and designer that enjoys using the most recent technology and he has regularly contributed new materials and associated applications in the world of product design.  He has received prestigious design accolades including the Compasso d'Oro ADI, German Design Prize, Red Dot Award, and the UK's FX Award.  His works are included in the permanent collections of several international museums including the Vitra Design Museum; New York's Museum of Modern Art and Metropolitan Museum of Art; and Munich's Neue Sammlung.
