Cheshire is a family of table, floor and suspension lamps, designed by the Italian-Danish duo GamFratesi. The curved shape of the diffuser, made of polycarbonate, recalls the Cheshire Cat described by Carroll in Alice in Wonderland, often depicted sitting and waiting. The lamp expresses all the Nordic imprint of this design studio, a tribute to simplicity and functionality, featuring however a strong dose of irony thanks to the image of the cat.
