Claudio Silvestrin

Claudio Silvestrin (born 1954 in Zurich, Switzerland) studied in Milan under AG Fronzoni before continuing his education at the Architectural Association in London. He founded Claudio Silvestrin Architects in London in 1989 and subsequently opened another office in Milan in 2006. Silvestrin's designs feature strong, elegant lines and range from home products, such as mirrors and coffee tables, for brands such as Glas Italia and Poltrona Frau. In addition to private residences, he has also worked on commercial interiors as well as exhibition spaces. Claudio Silverstrin's best-known clients include Giorgio Armani, Calvin Klein, Illycaffe, The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation, Anish Kapoor, Poltrona Frau, and even American hip-hop artist Kanye West.
