The Taylor  family is composed of different cabinets for the living area with a light aluminium structure, enhanced by large sliding doors in wood or covered in cowhide, with a groove grip. The tops are available in marble or wood. The collection includes a functional TV cabinet with two sliding doors and two hinged doors, a cabinet with two sliding doors and a buffet with four hinged doors. Pieces of great personality and extreme functional quality. Painstaking care has also gone into the internal, totally concealed hinges. The cabinets have the same finish on the front and back, making them ideal for placement at the center of a room. Manufactured by Flexform.

Carlo Colombo

Born in 1967 in Carimate, Italy, Colombo graduated with a degree in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic. In 1991, he had already made contact with Giulio Cappellini for whom he designed his first piece in 1992 – Colombo’s Kyoto bed was presented at the Salone del Mobile in Milan the same year. From the early 1990s forward, Colombo’s work as a designer has resulted in hundreds of projects in collaboration with several leading manufacturers including Antonio Lupi, Arflex, Artemide, BYografia, Cappellini, DePadova, Emmemobili, EMU, F.lli Guzzini, Flou, Flexform, Franke, Fusital, Giorgetti, iGuzzini, IOC, Paola Lenti, Levi’s, Moroso, Nube, Oluce, Penta, Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Riva 1920, Rugiano, Sabattini, Serralunga, Tecno, Teuco, Varenna, Zanotta. In 2004, Colombo was named Designer of the Year in Tokyo. Between 2005 and 2011 he received the International Design Award a staggering four times from Elle Decor. In 2009 he was one of the winners of the Good Design Award presented by the European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum. A sort of ambassador of Italian design to the world, Colombo gives lectures and conferences in Israel, Greece, Portugal, Slovenia, Ukraine, Australia, Russia, Britain, Brazil and China.
