Lindsey Adelman (born 1968 in New York) completed her studies at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1999 before founding her namesake studio. Her signature pieces play on bubbles made from blown glass, creating designs that combine an ethereal aesthetic with a futuristic theme. Along with glass, Adelman’s designs often include bronze, wood, and brass. Lindsey Adelman has been included in several exhibitions including the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Beirut Art Center, and the Design Miami Fair. In addition to her lighting designs, the designer has created furniture, tiles, wallpaper, and jewelry.
