Giuseppe Bavuso

Giuseppe Bavuso (born 1959 in Italy) is an architect and designer whose work is characterized by a minimalist aesthetic fused with an expertise that intelligently applies technological and innovative materials. His first professional experience saw him working on the planning and design of important projects in a variety of sectors, ranging from architecture to the design and furnishing of large communal spaces, as well as the interior design of trains and sleeping cars. Since 1986, at his own product design company, Bavuso works on projects for firms in the bio-medical equipment field. In the furnishing sector, he collaborates with a number of companies including Alivar, Bauxt, Bross, Fima Carlo Frattini, Poliform, and Rimadesio – often working on products from their inception through planning and design, and finally, on the related visual communication.
