Ed Annink (1957 – 2012) was born in Utrecht, Netherlands and studied various types of design – jewelry, interior, and industrial.  As a partner in the Ontwerpwerk office for design, he was responsible for product, exhibition, and event design.  Annink was co-founder and chairman of Foundation Products of Imagination that initiates and organizes international design projects and publications.
