The 826 comes as a variation of an age-old theme in the history of household products: that of the metal wire basket. This was the first object to emerge from the research by the internal engineering department into wire-bending technology, in the late 40s.  It led to the creation of a small family of baskets with very basic design which, even today, still reaps enormous success. Available in three sizes. Manufactured by Alessi.
