SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURN INFORMATION

SWITCH MODERN orders are filled as promptly as possible.  Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for each item.  Larger items, such as furniture, are not available for rush delivery and, if ordered with other items, will arrive separately.  You will need to contact us directly if you wish us to ship to addresses outside the United States.  We are unable to ship to post office boxes.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING - LIMITATIONS

 

Free Shipping is limited to online orders over $100. This applies only to orders placed in a shopping cart and purchased online. It does not apply to items purchased by phone, or via email.

Note:  Delivery and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on an order. Additional shipping charges for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are calculated as you go through our checkout process.

 

Shipping Costs for Oversized Items

 

Please note that larger, bulkier items, such as furniture, might have an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Any additional costs will be noted during the checkout process.

 

 

SHIPPING TO POST OFFICE BOXES

 

SWITCH MODERN is unable to ship to post office boxes.

 

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

 

You will need to contact us directly if you wish us to ship to addresses outside the United States. All payments must be made in US dollars by bank wire transfer. For small items, such as accessories and lighting, a minimum product order of $1000 is required. For large items, such as furniture, we are happy to deliver the products to your freight forwarder. If you do not have a freight forwarder, we are happy to make a recommendation. You are responsible to pay all Customs Duties and Taxes that may apply to your order.

Standard Delivery:
Estimated shipping times can be found on the product detail pages for each item. Orders for multiple products will ship when all products become available.

Express Delivery:
Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and options.

 

 

ASSEMBLY

 

White glove delivery and assembly is available for an additional charge. Please contact customer service for more information.

 

 

SALES TAX

 

Sales Taxes and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to all deliveries made within the state of Georgia.

ORDER STATUS AND ORDER TRACKING

 

Please call us at 404-605-0196 Tuesday-Friday 10A-6P (EST) to check the current status of your order or to track your order.  When your orders ships from SWITCH MODERN, you will receive an email which contains all of the necessary information for you to track your order.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

All returns may be made via mail or in our showroom, whichever is most convenient for you.  Non-sale merchandise in new and unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges).  Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price.  All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available.  Store credits may be used at www.SWITCHMODERN.com or at our showroom.

Please note that all furniture, custom orders, special sales items, and polycarbonate items are final sale; no refunds or store credits are available for these items.

 

To Make a Return

 

Please place the item(s) in any box or shipping envelope of choice; you may even reuse the SWITCH MODERN shipper box.

Ship the package, with the packing slip with returned items marked, to the following address:

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.  SWITCH MODERN is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.  Please note, shipping charges may not be refunded.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, SWITCH MODERN will arrange a pick-up for this item.   Please call us at 404-605-0196 so that we can make the proper arrangements.

 

 

To Make a Gift Exchange for Store Credit

 

If you received an item as a gift from another party and would like to return the gift for store credit, we are happy to help you.

 

Simply write “STORE CREDIT” on the packing slip along with your name, phone number and email (if applicable). Ship the package, with packing slip and item(s) marked for credit, to the following address:
