Shape Wall Lamp

Wall sconce available in three different shapes. Created in white blown satin glass. All three lamps can be ordered for the use of halogen or incandescent/compact fluorescent bulbs. Lamps 3 and 4 can be ordered for the use of fluorescent bulbs. Halogen lamps require one 150W RSC (3 1/8") type T3 halogen bulb. Incandescent lamps require one 100W E26 medium type A19 frosted incandescent bulb or one 20W E26 medium compact fluorescent bulb. Shape 3 fluorescent lamp requires two 18W 2G11 type T5 electronic ballast fluorescent bulbs. Shape 4 fluorescent lamp requires two 24W 2G11 type T5 electronic ballast fluorescent bulbs. UL listed. Manufactured by Foscarini.
