Delta Vase
Mart van Schijndel's work is characterized by geometric shapes and clear simplicity. He was always keen to experiment with new materials and techniques, often finding solutions to complex problems by doing so. A particularly fine example of his work is the Delta vase, designed for an exhibition in 1981. Reactions to the prototype were so positive that production of the vase was begun almost straight away. In 1984, the Delta vase won first prize in the American Arango Design Competition "Glss that Works." The vase, made of frosted glass, is available in 2 sizes. Manufactured by Goods.
