The lamp was designed for easy assembly and minimal freight costs.  Although the lamp can be ordered assembled, Trubridge's concept for the flat shipment of large and dynamic light fixtures was developed to "help preserve our beautiful sea and land environments."  Ships with light kit and requires one 40w - 100w bulb.  Manufactured by David Trubridge Design.
