This vessel highlights the natural properties of oil and vinegar.  The physics of the two liquids mean that the oil will always float on top of the vinegar, so there is no need for separate containers.  Start by pouring in the vinegar, followed by the oil and watch how they part.  The Salad Sunrise XL is made of borosilicate glass and silicone.  Manufactured by Droog.
