“La Via Lattea ”, the excellent project done by the husband and wife team of Gian Franco and Anna Gasparini presented in 2009 for Officina Alessi, was the result of research on the subject of cheese knives that eventually led us to a series that is literally on the edge of being professional grade, thus directed toward a rather special clientele.  “Milky Way Minor” is the series' translation in terms of a reduction in both price (significantly) and size.  It is intended for amateurs who are interested in this topic but aren't quite professionals.  Manufactured by Alessi.
