Mami Deep Frying Pan
Deep frying pan in cold-cast aluminum with a non-stick coating. These new pans in non-stick aluminium join their predecessors, already in production, from the “Mami” series. Apart from the perfectly round form and lower price, the differences in the new additions with respect to the original lie in the manufacturing technique (cold-cast instead of die-cast), and in the magnetized steel bottom which allows them to efficiently distribute heat from electromagnetic induction sources.
